The Pangasinan Constructors Association turned over the Extension Quarantine Facility (EQF) to the Provincial Government of Pangasinan as part of the Halfway House in Barangay Tebag, Sta. Barbara.
The new one story building is an additional facility which can accommodate COVID-19 survivors and suspected cases or patients under investigation who tested negative but still need more days to complete their 14-day quarantine.
Engineer Carlito Dion and Engineer Ruel Parayno of Pangasinan Constructors Association and Provincial Health Officer Anna Maria Theresa De Guzman, who represented Governor Amado I. Espino III, signed the Deed of Donation.
Also present during the turn-over ceremony were Provincial Engineer Antonieta Delos Santos, Provincial Governor’s Office Chief Administrative Officer Irmina Francisco, Asst. Provincial Health Officer Cielo Almoite and Pangasinan Constructors Association officers. (Photos by: Ron Bince)
Father Hinaro Hiramia officiated the blessing of the building as a part of the opening rites.
