RESPONSIBILITIES:
- •Ensures the highest Food, Service and Cleanliness Quality standards.
- •Ensures achievement of prepared sales forecasts.
- •Ensures store profitability.
- •Assists in Conceptualizing and implementing effective and timely Local Store Marketing Programs with the objective of improving market awareness and sales.
- •Ensures implementation of operational systems and procedures such as cash and security control, kitchen management, crisis management, customer service, etc.
- •Controls customer complaints and coordinates any crisis occurrences with the Crisis Management Committee.
- •Ensures accuracy of month-end inventory conducted in the store.
- •Ensures proper handling and maintenance of all store equipment and facilities.
- •Assists in the proper training of all new employees ensuring their awareness and compliance to company standards, policies, rules and regulations and work procedures.
- •Assists in Ensuring manpower readiness at all times by doing timely hiring, regularizing, and promoting following HR guidelines and procedures.
- •Coaches, leads, direct, disciplines and motivates Management Team and staff towards a more productive individual and group performance.
- •Assists in Evaluating performance of the staff as scheduled.
- •Monitors and sees to it that the corporate trademarks (signboards, streamers, and uniforms) are standard and well maintained.
- •Coordinates closely with other departments in all matters that affect store operations.
- •Creates and maintains tie-ups with government, NGOs and private business establishments seeing to it that the company is properly represented.
- •Establishes a “SUKI Database; ensures that its constantly being monitored and updated.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course relevant to the Food Industry.
- Required skill(s): Computer (MS Word and MS Excel).
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Applicants must be willing to work in any Chowking store near their residence across Philippines.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
