| Weather Advisory No. 3 For: Tropical Storm (Songda) Issued at 10:30 a.m., 22 May 2011 |
| At 10:00 am Today, the Tropical Storm (Songda) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 1,070 km East of Northern Mindanao, (9.7°N, 136.8°E).with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 11 kph. This weather disturbance is still outside of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is expected to enter tonight or early tomorrow morning. Once the storm enters the Philippine territory, it will be locally named "Chedeng."
