What is Ordinance No. 75-2005?

This the city law that sets its sights on penalizing heavily on littering. The city government drive to make cleanliness second nature to everyone promotes Kalinisan Gawing Kaugalian and will go as far as revocation of the Mayors Permit for business establishment offenders and imprisonment for individuals. This is great news if really implemented. There should also be a regular collection of rubbish even in the barangays, with minimal charge from the people every time their rubbish is collected; the fees used as wages for the collectors, (thus, job creation), and/or barangay improvement.

this is one of the best city of urdaneta anti-littering ordinance. giving each individual a since of responsibility is a positively way to a success to every city. I hope this is not just a ninas cogon mentality. AS A FILIPINO AND A GOOD CITIZEN OF THIS CITY OF URDANETA I ENCOURAGE AND CHALLENGE EVERYONE TO HELP OUR CITY TO BE THE CLEANEST AND TO BE THE BEST. thank God! i've been waiting for an ordinance like this for years! may its implementation be a success. i hope that the city officials' next target is to reduce the use of polyethylene and polystyrene--or even ban these from the city. this would really help the environment. may the terrible memories of previous typhoons and floods challenge us to make our city clean and environment-friendly. again, two thumbs up to the city council for passing this city ordinance!

ok po ung ordinance nyo tungkol sa kalinisan. pero sana meron din po kayong mga binigay na mga basurahan sa iba't iabng lugar sa urdaneta. kasi po useless po itong batas na ito kung wala po pagbabasurahan ung mga tao.

1. wala po kayong mga sapat na basurahan sa mga lugar na makakalat halimbawa nalng po sa bagsakan ng mga prutas wala po basurahan at mga tagalinis

2. ung mga magiging bantay kalikasan sana masala silang sa trabaho na ginagawa nila, hindi ung nakaupo lang ung ibang nagbabantay at ung iba gagalaw lang kung kailan may dadaan na mas nakakataas sa kanila

3. pwede po pang pakilinaw kung kasama po ba sa babantayan ng bantay kalikasan ung loob ng isang establisments kasi ang pangit pong tignan kung pati loob ng isang establishment kailangan nila pagsabihan na linisin ung loob. kasi alam na po nung may ari na kailangan nyang linisin ung loob ng lugar nya, pero hindi nya kailangan every second nalng ung paglilinis na ang iintindihin nila
