Is there really a fountain of youth? We'd say yes. The dude in the photo is almost 50!

But it's not a mythical place. It lies in your psyche, your lifestyle and all that you consume (tangible and intangible).

Here are a few tips:

1. Forget your age - what if you didn't know when you were born? Would you still "act your age" if you didn't know how old you were? Think about it. We have bought into the societal conditioning of Aging and what we are supposed to look and "behave" like. I say forget that and begin to move, act and be like the age you want to be. That is truly the first step.
2. Have juicy drivers - what drives you? If that ain't juicy enough, go back to the drawing board, expand your vision. When you think about your future, it should excite you and bring a smile to your face. Feel that feeling and know that it will come true. Now work backwards and do whatever it takes to get there.
3. Do Epic shit - don't play small, don't become a "realist" and don't live your life by other people's standards. Live your own, make your own mistakes and when faced with a choice, choose epic shit.
4. Tune in to your body - train yourself to listen to the wisdom of your body. Your body is a remarkable biocomputer that is giving you feedback all the time of what is working for you and what is not. And believe me, it is different for every person on the planet.
5. Move - in ways that you enjoy and in ways that come naturally to you. Life is movement. We are designed to move. We thrive when we move spontaneously, not just in fixed, regimented ways we call "exercise" Exercise is important too but spontaneous and flowy movements have grace and an age defying quality to them.
6. Quit - if you hate what you do, create a plan to get out of it and do what resonates with you deeply so work doesn't feel like work but an adventure. Your profession consumes most of your time. If you don't resonate deeply with what you do and continue to do it anyway, it will have a direct bearing on your wellness and aging.
7. Have the courage to follow your heart - this is easier said than done. It takes practice and awareness. The world will always be pulling you in different directions. If you do not know at the core who you are and what makes your heart sing, you will swing in different directions leading an unfulfilled life. But once you find the courage to follow your heart, the seat of your wisdom, your life satisfaction level will skyrocket. And that is paramount to slowing down the aging process.
8. Learn nutrition - it will literally save your life, as it did mine. Most people have no idea how this one thing can massively transform the quality of their life and arrest Aging.
9. Go on a fast - not the food kind, although that has its own benefits, but from negativity, toxic influences, mindless social media scrolling and even from the world time to time. Just be with the purity of your higher self, nature and stillness.
10. Surround yourself with Beauty - what I mean by that is live in a beautiful state internally through meditation and self-reflection and externally - taking time out to go to places that inspire you, appreciating great art, music and books. And of course, Choose to look at the beauty of all creation, in yourself and in all beings.
