BREAKING: Pangasinan Government Issues Travel Restrictions


EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 0027-A-2021

SUPPLEMENT TO EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 0027-2021 TO ASSIST THE IMPLEMENTATION OF IATF-EID RESOLUTION NO. 104 SERIES OF 2021.


SECTION 1- TRAVEL RESTRICTION

In line with the IATF-EID directive to prevent non-essential external travel from the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, the municipality of Pateros, and the cities of NCR, the following travel restrictions are hereby implemented.


  1.  Persons from the above said places shall be denied entry into Pangasinan for as long as the regulations under AITF-EID resolution number 104 series of 2021 remain in force.

  2.  Persons from Pangasinan shall not be allowed to travel to the above-said places during the effectivity of the regulations under IATF-EID resolution number 104 series of 2021.

  3.  For travels to and from areas other than the above-mentioned places the guidelines under executive order number 0018-2021,  provincial ordinance number 261-2021,  and Executive Order number 0027-2021  shall remain in force.


SECTION 2 - EXCEPTIONS

Essential travel including but not limited to travel by frontline services government personnel emergency and humanitarian cases and movement of cargo shall remain unhampered.


SECTION 3 - DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

 the traveler must present any competent proof of identity document stating workplace address or any proof of essential travel in border checkpoints for the purpose of assessing the application of the preceding sections.
