AN ORDER TEMPORARILY CLOSING ALL MUNICIPAL BEACHES AND TOURISM ESTABLISHMENTS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SUAL, PANGASINAN DURING THE LENTEN SEASON
WHEREAS, Provincial Executive Order No. 0027-2021 reiterated the need to strictly implement the health protocols and guidelines for the observance of the Lenten season;
WHEREAS, Municipal Executive Order No. 09 further reiterates the issuances of the national and provincial to observe a stricter implementation of the health and safety protocols;
WHEREAS, there is a notable increase in Covid-19 positive nationwide as per the Department of Health records;
WHEREAS, to protect the townspeople of the Municipality of Sual from the transmission of the Covid-19, either local or otherwise;
NOW THEREFOR, I, LISELDO D.Q. CALUGAY, Municipal Mayor, by the power vested in me by law, do hereby order the temporary closure of all municipal beaches and tourism establishments situated therewith, to wit;
SECTION 1. EFFECTIVITY. This Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain binding until further revised/revoked in writing by the undersigned.
