2 notorious drug pushers nabbed in Urdaneta

MANILA, Philippines – Agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) arrested 2 notorious drug pushers in Urdaneta, Pangasinan in a buy-bust operation Tuesday.
The suspects were identified by PDEA Director General Undersecretary Jose S. Gutierrez, Jr. as Jonery Lambino, alias “Bonsai” and Andy Quiocho, alias “Bruno Pangon”.
Authorities said Lambino and Quiocho are Pangasinan’s number 2 and number 3 drug personalities, respectively.
Lambino was arrested through an a joint entrapment operation by the PDEA Pangasinan Special Enforcement Team (SET) and OPLAN 101 Kill Droga in Barangay Paurido West, Urdaneta City.
Recovered from Lambino were 24 pieces of plastic sachets containing “shabu” weighing 8.72 grams.
Quiocho, on the other hand, was arrested along Cansejo Street, Barangay Poblacion, Urdaneta City in another buy-bust operation conducted on the same day.
Police found 6 shabu sachets weighing 0.29 grams in his possession.
The suspects are detained at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) in Urdaneta City.
