Meaning, 6.75 meters more to go before they open at least one gate.
Elevation rate: 5.14 meters per 2 hours
Estimate by today at 12nn: 288.67 meters or possibly open one gate
This is due to the continued overnight spillover of water from Ambuklao and Binga Dams
