Satellite Picture at 5 p.m., 03 August 2010
At 4:00 p.m. today, Tropical Depression "Domeng" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 500 km East Northeast of Virac, Catanduanes (15.1°N 129.4°E) with maximum winds of 45 kph near the center. It is forecast to move West Northwest at 7 kph. Another Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 950 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes (23.5°N 132.0°E).
