Basyang decides to wreak havoc in Metro Manila and Southern Luzon instead of staying on course to Northern and Central Luzon. Pangasinan and Tarlac remains under Signal number 2.

According to PAGASA, Basyang will be out of the country by tomorrow but rain showers will remain for a few more days. No tropical storms soon after that.
