While Typhoon Pepeng chooses to stay longer within the Philippine Area of Responsibility, San Roque Dam located in the town of San Manuel in Pangasinan opens all floodgates releasing about 3000 sq.ft. per second. As of 2pm today, residents along the banks of Agno river in Carmen, Rosales have started evacuating.
According to GMA News, at least 17 municiplaities are already under water. These include Sta. Maria, Tayug, Natividad, Carmen and even Pozorubio. The cities of Urdaneta and Dagupan are also flooded.
